APS Novastar Leadership Team

  Tim Kardish - President and CEO

  Tim Kardish is the company's President, CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors.  He
  oversees APS Novstar's operations, setting the company's strategic and fiscal direction and
  focusing on the development of APS Novastar.  Mr. Kardish brings 25+ years of general
  management experience, as President of Labsphere, Inc., Sr. Vice President of Sales and
  Services for X-Rite, Inc., and Vice President, The Americas for Leica Microsystems, Inc.

  John Malbouef - Vice President, World-Wide Sales

  John Malboeuf heads up the company's sales as Vice President, World-Wide Sales, a 
  position he has served in since 1994.  Formally the National Sales Manager at OK 
  Industries, Mr. Malboeuf has 25+ years of PCB and SMT OEM industry experience.  He leads
  the company's execution strategy for direct and indirect sales, channel development,
  and customer service.

  John Wasyliw - Vice President, Engineering and New Product Commercialization

  John Wasyliw is the company's Vice President of Engineering and new Product
  Commercialization, responsible for product maintenance engineering and new product
  development, serving in this position since 2005.  He formerly held the position of
  Engineering Manager and Sr. Project Engineer since joining APS Novastar in 2000.  Mr.
  Wasyliw has 20+ years of complex mechanical, motion design and control and software
  development.  Mr. Wasyliw led APS Novastar's engineering effort in the commercialization fo
  the company's L-Series automated SMT pick and place product line.

  
  Robert Voigt - Operations and IT Manager

  Robert Voigt is the company's Operations and IT Manager, serving in this position since 
  1999.  Mr. Voigt joined APS Novastar in 1983 and is one of the founding operations
  members of the company.  Throughout his tenure with APS Novastar, the breadth of his
  experience has covered a variety of increasing operational leadership responsibilities.  Mr.
  Voigt coordinates and leads the manufacturing of APS Novastar product and delivery of
  services.  He is in charge of the daily production operations and systems infrastructure for
  the company.
 

  John Robinson - Controller

  John Robinson is APS Novastar's Controller.  He has served in this position since 2007.  He
  formerly held the Controller position for 15 years at Thwig-Alber Instrument Company, a
  manufacturere of physical tesing instruments used in research & development and quality
  control departments in companies throughout the world.  Mr. Robinson is oversees APS 
  Novastar's accounting and human resource operations.

   Debra Sesholtz - Vice President, Marketing

   Debra Sesholtz has served as Vice President of Marketing for APS Novastar since 2008. 
   She brings 20+ years of marketing, sales, and support of scientific equipment
   and consumables for life science, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical, and electronics
   industries.  In her role with APS Novastar, Ms. Sesholtz leads the company's global
   marketing and communications efforts.
