Radial Component Trimmers & Formers

General Information
APS follows a modular approach to component processing. APS modularity
begins with a hand-cranked base unit that can easily be upgraded to a
sophisticated high-speed automated processor. Interfacing with over a
dozen component options, a machine can be configured to any requirement.
The inexpensive base unit can be upgraded with available options as a
company's needs grow. This flexibility also permits ease of integration
of all options without requiring factory retrofitting. Perhaps the most
convincing demonstration of APS true modularity is in the availability
of base units to process either axial or radial components.

RTV Radial - Trimming: Vibratory Feed
Loose Radial Component Trimmer

Function:
There is
not an inline radial component trimmer made that processes a wider range
of components
than
the RTV. It not only routinely accepts various types of caps - TO-92s,
LEDs, SIPs etc. - but in its
manual
mode will easily trim components that are too top heavy for other vibratory
processors. The
reason
for the RTVs versatility is an exclusive vibratory mechanism which operates
in a horizontal plane.
This
provides far greater stability so parts are not toppled
Features:
Linear vibratory
feed track
Fully adjustable
cut length with built-in scale
Dial adjustable
cut length scale
Processing
speeds up to 3,000 cph
Automatically
separates finished components from scrap
R-1/AR-1 Radial Component Trimmer
