SF Lead-Free Reflow Oven
The SF Lead-Free Reflow Oven Series provides higher throughput with a choice of eight (8), ten (10), or twelve (12) heating zones and 17.7" (450mm) adjustable wide conveyor for production runs. Utilizing our patented Horizontal Convection Heating technology, the SF Reflow Oven provides extremely uniform temperature profiling across the board for enhanced process control.
- 8, 10, or 12 vertical heating zones plus cooling zone
- Dual track conveyor system with optional central support system
- Independent heating modules are located at the top and bottom with single hot air circulation in each zone
- Heaters are started separately to reduce the power consumption
- Modular heaters can be taken out easily for convenient maintenance
- Three layer filtering systems can remove flux residues effectively
- Nitrogen gas inerting option available; Lead-free reflow capable.
